D8.12 Dissemination & Standardization Activities V3

This deliverable reports on the communication, dissemination, and standardization activities carried out in the CATALYST project. It highlights the activities undertaken by the CATALYST Consortium during the third year of the project (M25 to M36), although for completeness and to ease a better evaluation of the key performance indicators (KPIs) achievements, the report is structured to list all the impact achievement activities executed during the entire project (M1-M36).

The communication, dissemination, and standardization activities have been planned to maximise the impact and expose amply the project results achieved. For dissemination and communication, the strategy of the Consortium consisted of presentations of scientific results and showcasing at various relevant events and conferences (for example, DatacentersWorks, Information Sciences and many others), in addition to a continuous promotion of project concepts and objectives via communication channels (e.g., the project website, Facebook, Twitter). The project team has also approached Standards Development Organizations (SDOs) and a standardisation activity that could be started during the project life-time and then undertook by some partners after the end of the project (for the reason explained in the report), is under evaluation: more specifically, the possibility to start the ISO/IEC 30134 standardisation process of Heat Usage Effectiveness (HUE) and Sustainable Heat Exploitation (SHE) KPIs defined in the context of the CATALYST.
